Website click measurement

We record clicks on phone, WhatsApp, quote and Book Now buttons to understand how visitors contact Fullers. These events appear in our private Redsite customer portal.

What this tracker records

Each event contains a random event ID, the page path, the type of click and the button location. The portal records the event time. This click tracker uses no cookies, browser storage or persistent visitor identifiers, and does not collect visitor names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text or URL query parameters.

A click does not confirm a connected call, a WhatsApp conversation, an enquiry submission or a completed booking. Some Book Now and quote buttons start a phone call; their labels determine the click category. Opening the WhatsApp widget and pressing Start Chat are button interactions, rather than confirmed conversations.

Browser privacy signals

Global Privacy Control disables this click tracker. The browser’s legacy Do Not Track setting does not disable this anonymous click measurement.
